Official Raffle Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (the “Raffle”) is sponsored by Dapper Dogs Bowtique (“Sponsor”), Illinois. Questions can be sent to hello@dapperdogsbowtique.com. The Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Square, or any event organizer or venue connected with it.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Entry period

The Raffle begins when the online entry form opens at https://dapperdogsbowtique.com/raffle and ends at the date and time listed above (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

Visit https://dapperdogsbowtique.com/raffle (or scan a posted Dapper Dogs QR code, which links to the same page) and complete the entry form with your name, your pet's name, and a valid email address, and agree to these Official Rules. Each completed form earns one (1) entry.

Bonus entry: Entrants who follow @dapperdogzzz on Instagram and provide their Instagram handle on the entry form receive one (1) additional entry, for a maximum of two (2) entries. Following is free. Sponsor may verify follows and remove bonus entries that cannot be verified.

Limit one (1) entry form per person and per email address. Entries made using multiple email addresses, scripts, bots, or other automated means, or that are incomplete or false, are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical failures of any kind.

5. Winner selection and odds

After the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will select the winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize

The prize is described above. No cash or other substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Entrant coupon

Every eligible entrant will receive a discount code by email after the drawing, valid on Dapper Dogs Bowtique products as described in that email. Coupons have no cash value and are subject to the terms stated in the email.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, city, and pet's name and photo (if provided) for promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor will ask before sharing any photos.

10. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability, claims, or losses arising from participation in the Raffle or the acceptance or use of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity.

11. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Raffle, send your entry confirmation and coupon, and, only if you opt in, send Dapper Dogs news and offers. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes and governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Sponsor's decisions are final on all matters relating to the Raffle.

13. Winner list

For the winner's first name and last initial, email hello@dapperdogsbowtique.com within 30 days after the drawing.
